Workplace Relations
Assessment & Feedback
Interviews with a cross-section of the workforce (appropriate levels
of management, union officers and employees) provide the parties with
key insights into employee and management perceptions of existing
conditions in the workplace. This provides them with the opportunity
to plan and work together to address issues and to begin the process
of building a new relationship. Following discussion of the report,
and the recommendations, parties may decide to follow through to the
next step on their own, or to make use of a variety of follow-up processes
offered by Pathe Gardner & Associates. |
